3130 Wilshire

    About

Rising above the vibrant streets of Koreatown, 3130 Wilshire Tower was envisioned as more than a residential tower. It was designed as a new landmark for modern Los Angeles living. Developed for NC Vision, LLC, the project reflects a shared commitment to thoughtful urban design, contemporary living, and lasting architectural presence.

As a conceptual design, the seventeen-story mixed use development occupies a prominent corner along Wilshire Boulevard, just minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and the Convention Center. Positioned adjacent to the Wilshire/Vermont Metro Station, the project embraces the energy and connectivity of the city while offering residents an elevated urban retreat.

The development features 215 residences ranging from contemporary studios to expansive penthouses and lofts. Each home was designed with modern livability in mind, incorporating refined finishes, open layouts, and smart home features that balance sophistication with comfort.

At street level, more than 30,000 square feet of retail space activates the pedestrian experience, creating a vibrant connection between the building and the surrounding neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, and boutique retail spaces contribute to the dynamic character of Koreatown, while an expansive rooftop venue offers panoramic city views and serves as a destination for gatherings and entertainment.

Replacing an aging office structure, 3130 Wilshire represents a forward-looking vision for transit oriented urban living in Los Angeles. Blending residential comfort, architectural presence, and urban convenience, the project establishes a vertical community rooted in one of the city’s most energetic neighborhoods.

Project initiated and led as Design Director as a co-founder / partner at QDG Architecture.
